Goodbye 2008, Hello 2009! As we look back over 2008, it's been a busy year.

We launched our cooking classes in February with a knife skills class in the shop. Soon thereafter we found a fantastic teaching kitchen and ending up offering 29 classes in 2008 (including 2 private classes).

Spring was the season of trade shows. In March we visited a show in Chicago and in May we stopped by the show in Las Vegas (where we met Alton Brown!) and brought back ideas for new products like Marcus cookware and GelPro floor mats.

The shop got a makeover in September – we rearranged things to make moving around easier, and one of our walls got a fresh coat of paint, bringing a whole new look to the shop. Read the rest of the story...
